You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

• Your order was never delivered.
• You have received a defective or incorrect item.

If the item you received is incorrect, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it. For defective, damaged, or wrong products, please email us, and we will provide you with a replacement.
